$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR EXTERNAL APPLICANTS Location: 725 American Ave, Waukesha, WI 53188 Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED 1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting or professional work environment Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products Ability to work on the following biweekly rotating schedule Week 1: Sunday from 8:00am - 12:00pm, Thursday and Friday from 7:00am - 3:00pm Week 2: Tuesday from 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday from 7:00am - 3:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am - 12:00pm Must be 18 years of age or older 2+ years of customer service experience in a hospital setting 2+ years of scheduling experience in a clinical setting Experience in a medical office or emergency department Experience with electronic medical records system Knowledge of medical terminology **PLEASE NOTE** The sign-on bonus is only available to external candidates.
