Studio 10 Cinemas in Shelbyville, IN is a local movie theater looking for one part-time assistant manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, reliable, and engaged.
Responsibilities
Train, coach, and develop employees
Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
Assist General Manager with booking, building, scheduling, and maintenance for upcoming movie titles (training provided).
Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
Ensure product quality and theater cleanliness standards are met
Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering are in place
Availability Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
Ability to manage a fast-paced, clean, customer-focused theater
Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
