Part-Time Assistant General Counsel - Conflicts & Contracts

Woods Rogers seeks an Assistant General Counsel to join our growing firm in a part-time capacity. The role supports the General Counsel and the conflicts and new client intake team, conducting research and providing strategic counsel on risk, ethics, compliance, and contractual matters.
