Role Description CDL Drivers at All Seasons Excavating LLC operate company trucks to haul materials such as soil, stone, and construction debris to and from job site. Day-to-day responsibilities include safely operating vehicles, following assigned routes and schedules, performing basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and completing required logs or delivery documentation. This is an on-site role based in New Windsor, MD, and positions are available for both part-time and full-time schedules. Drivers are expected to adhere to DOT regulations, company safety policies, and maintain a professional demeanor with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL license (Class A or B as required), clean driving record, and familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Experience operating dump trucks or similar construction vehicles and performing routine vehicle inspections.
• Ability to safely load, secure, and unload materials at job sites, with attention to safety and site procedures.
• Reliable time management skills and the ability to follow dispatch instructions, routes, and delivery schedules.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crew members, supervisors, and customers.
• Physical ability to climb in and out of trucks, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and stand or walk on uneven terrain.
• Knowledge of local roads and construction site protocols is beneficial; prior experience in excavation or construction trucking is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to participate in ongoing safety and skills training.
