Flatbush Development Corporation is seeking a Group Leader for the afterschool program serving K-8 students in Brooklyn. You will supervise participants, support homework time, and help deliver literacy, STEAM, and enrichment activities in a safe, engaging environment after school hours.
The role focuses on youth development, positive behavior, and collaboration with program staff, with a 2:00 PM–6:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, up to 20 hours per week, at our program sites in Brooklyn.
