Title: Part-time Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Piedmont, Alabama (in-office, non-remote)
Schedule: Part-Time (15–20 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Administra ve Support Specialist to
support day-to-day opera ons within our main office loca on. The ideal candidate

manage a variety of responsibili es while keeping office processes running smoothly
behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
This role provides essen al administra ve support, including:

Support permanent record maintenance

•
Maintain organized systems for files, records, and shared resources
•
Assist with document prepara on, formatting, and distribu on
•
Support internal processes to help ensure day-to-day opera ons run
ti ti
smoothly
ti
•
Manage incoming calls, mail, and general office communications
•
Serve as a reliable point of contact for administra ve coordina on
•
Assist with special projects and shifting organiza onal priori es
ti ti
•
Provide general administra ve support
ti ti
•
Other responsibili es as assigned

Qualifications
•
3–5+ years of administrative or operations support experience (multi-
department experience preferred)
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), SharePoint,
OneDrive, and Adobe Pro
•
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
•
Ability to manage mul ple tasks and shifting priori es
