Part-Time Office Administrative AssistantSoutheast Nebraska Development District (SENDD) in Lincoln, NE, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and technical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.Responsibilities:Answer and direct phone callsHandle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processingPrepare and assist with invoicing, including editing invoices as neededPerform filing and records managementComplete data entry tasksMaintain and update organizational shared documents, calendars, and content on our internal share siteManage office supply inventory, including ordering and maintaining the inventory listDistribute incoming and outgoing mailPrepare professional correspondence with community partners and staffPlan and coordinate catering and preparations for board meetings and staff eventsCoordinate staff meetings and assist with agenda preparationAssist with creating and updating internal policies and proceduresAssist with creating and updating mailing lists and email groupsAssist in sending out the monthly newsletter and other marketing materials as neededProvide general technical assistance and basic IT support to staff, and act as primary contact with our IT teamProofread grant applications as neededReview payment requests for accuracyCoordinate staff birthdays and other planned eventsQualifications:Experience as an Administrative AssistantExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with the following preferred: QuickBooks Online, Excel / Google Sheets, Google WorkspacePhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position primarily involves working at a desk and using a computer for extended periods.
