The role will prepare case summaries for the Parole Board so eligible inmates can be considered for parole in a timely manner.
Job Description
This is an administrative office position that supports the parole process through administrative analytical functions. It does not involve interaction with offenders or inmates. The work includes research, gather, prepare, and organize inmate information on the parole case summaries. Confirming parole eligibility on offenders, interpreting court and other documentation regarding offender's case history and preparing documentation required for parole hearing. This work also includes assisting in creating parole board agendas for all board meeting under the guidance of supervisor. Must be meticulous with details, be able to maintain strict confidentiality have strong communications skills, posses excellent customer service skills and have the ability to work well in a team environment.
