The Trail Conservancy is seeking a Park Operations Director to lead day-to-day park operations across the 10-mile Butler Trail and 300 acres of surrounding parkland. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, solving complex operational challenges, and collaborating across the organization and with public partners.

Salary – $90,000–$95,000, depending on relevant experience.
