Owning the core systems and data integrity for Stord's parcel network, the full-time Parcel Systems Analyst will manage client and carrier onboarding, configure rate logic, and document processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the full Parcel configuration lifecycle for new client launches, ensuring smooth go-lives Configure and maintain carrier contracts and billing setups, ensuring accuracy for over 300 customer configurations Build and maintain scalable SOPs for configuration workflows and drive process standardization across the program Required qualifications Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining a TMS/WMS or similar logistics system Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large datasets with a high bar for accuracy Familiarity with carrier API integrations and the ability to diagnose related issues Proven ability to create clear, scalable SOPs from complex workflows Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of system or data issues
