The Paraprofessional will assist with classroom instruction, provide individual and small-group support, monitor student progress and behavior, and help meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of students.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or paraprofessional certification preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and support a positive learning environment.
