Classroom Aide Position
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate classroom aide to join our team at Triad High School. In this role, you will work directly with students, providing support in a variety of areas, including supervision, attending to physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs, and offering a positive and nurturing environment.

- Supervise and assist students in the classroom setting
- Support students with their academic, personal, and emotional development
- Foster a positive and caring atmosphere to help students succeed
- Be a dependable and nurturing guide to help students grow and thrive
Qualifications:
- A passion for working with children and supporting their growth
- Strong communication skills, integrity, and maturity
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism when engaging with students
- A commitment to follow Madison-Champaign ESC rules and policies
- A servant-leader mindset, dedicated to helping students reach their full potential
Assignment: 7 hours/day 5 days/week 188 days/year (prorated)
Triad High School Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid ODE Aide Permit (may apply after being selected)
- Satisfactory results on criminal records check including fingerprints required
