Paraprofessional, K-5 Title One
Location: TCU Montgomery PreK-8, Montgomery, MN
Starting Date: school year, week of August 31, 2026
Salary Range: $17-$21 per hour based on qualifications and years of experience; $1/hour additional for fluency in Spanish or Teacher's license.

Reports To: Building Principal and Director of Special Services
Qualifications and Expectations:
- Assisting students and staff with accessing library resources, checking out materials, and maintaining the media center.
- Working with students receiving Special Education services under the direction of the licensed special education teacher and performing duties to support the programming in general, and to meet student's individual academic, functional, social, and emotional needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly as part of the school team to support students.
- Understanding and promoting school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program within our schools.
