Paraprofessional Support Position

Para-Educator Position

Full-time position for the school year working as a para-educator. Must meet the following qualifications to obtain at least an Educational Aide I certificate and pass a thorough background check.

Educational Aide I Requirements

• High school diploma or GED Must meet ESSA paraprofessional requirements (college hours, degree, or assessment), as applicable
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, dependability, and willingness to assist students
• Ability to pass required background check
