- Previous experience as a CNA, Medical Assistant, Dental Assistant, Medication Technician, Phlebotomy Technician, or EMT, preferably with a pediatric population
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate and patient with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle medical or behavioral situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of student health information
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- GED/High School Diploma required
- Previous or current CNA/MA, etc. preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
