Salary Range/Hourly Rate: Per Paraeducator contract, Level I
Start Date: School Year
Work Days: Monday-Friday, 24 hours per week
Student Level : Secondary Grades 6-8
Position Summary: Performs intermediate student support work assisting classroom ML teacher by working with students individually or in small groups, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of building administration.
Education and /or Experience : High school diploma or GED and moderate experience working with children, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates/Technical degree preferred.
Special Requirements:
Must hold AA/AS degree, completed 60 semester credits or pass MN Parapro test
Training in Blood Borne Pathogens
Experience working with secondary students, preferred.
Bilingual, preferred
