Lunch Paraprofessional Position
Available Lunch Paraprofessional Position:
Location: Stockbridge Junior Senior High School, 1.5 hours per day (10:45-12:15) Pay Rate: Per SMESPA Contract Date(s): 26-27 School Year
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Demonstrated aptitude and competency in interacting with students and adults
- Ability to work successfully with minimal direct supervision
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all student lunches
- Maintain awareness of all students and surroundings at all times.
- Assist with transitions to and from lunch.
- Communicate significant concerns, injuries, behavioral issues, or incidents to appropriate school staff.
- Able to establish positive relationships with students while maintaining appropriate boundaries and expectations.
- Other duties as assigned
