Paraprofessional

Join our dedicated team for the school year as a Special Education Paraprofessional and make a direct difference in students' lives. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with educators to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), deliver targeted instructional and behavioral support, and foster an inclusive environment where every student can maximize their learning potential.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and oversight of student IEPs.
• Provide individualized instructional support and implement targeted behavior intervention strategies.
• Manage student behavior in various settings, including 1:1 support, small group instruction, and full classroom environments.
• Monitor, document, and report student progress to teachers and school-based teams.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrative staff, and families to support student success.
• Assist with IEP meetings, planning processes, and problem-solving teams.
• Support the integration of educational technology and digital learning tools in the classroom.
• Participate actively in professional learning communities and training sessions.
• Maintain flexibility to adjust to varying assignments, student needs, and building schedules.

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Must meet state-specific Paraprofessional qualification requirements.
• Prior experience working with children, preferably within an educational or special education setting.
• A basic understanding of special education practices, frameworks, and behavior management.
• Strong proficiency with technology and digital instructional tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• High level of flexibility and adaptability to work across different school levels and student populations as required by program needs.
