Paraprofessional for the School Year
Reports To: Principal and/or other Supervisor
The above position for the Windsor C-1 School District's school year is hereby posted in accordance with Board Policy GDC-1 "Support Staff Recruiting and Hiring."
Requirements:
Must have a secondary school diploma or its recognized equivalent (GED) and meet one of the following qualifications:
- 60 College Credit Hours
- Obtained an associate's (or higher) degree
- Pass the ParaPro or Paraprofessional Assessment
- Completed Missouri's 20-hour online substitute training program.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist teacher(s) with specific instructional, classroom, and child-care activities.
- Support individual or small groups of students in academic areas.
- Support students both with and without disabilities in the special education and general education settings.
- Responsible for duties assigned by the teacher(s)
