We seek an elementary grades Paraprofessional who is committed to working collaboratively with a team of adults to meet the varied needs of the students in their classroom. We seek someone who shares our values and can contribute to a culture of inclusion and belonging that allows students to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. They must be willing to learn and grow with a commitment to trauma responsive practice and positive and collaborative problem solving with young children. The position follows the Cabot Support Staff Association's Collective Bargaining Agreement for pay and benefits.
