ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Paraprofessional to support children and young adults with behavioral and learning challenges in specialized school settings. In this mission-driven role, you’ll work alongside teachers, therapists, and behavior analysts to implement individualized education and behavior plans, provide 1:1 and small-group support, and collect behavior and progress data. You’ll help maintain a safe, structured, and compassionate environment, use de-escalation strategies, and support students’ academic, social, and life skills development while collaborating closely with families and school partners.
