- Ability to work with students, parents and teachers effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to operate multi-line phone system
- Support for principal and teachers
- Maintain student and staff confidentiality
- Ability to maintain student assignments and monitor students
- Ability to assist student with assignments.
- Ability to operate personal computer and educational software
