Soliant is seeking a caring and dependable Paraprofessional to support a student in a 1:1 setting for academic, behavioral, and physical needs. You must be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).

Job Type: Full-Time | School Year
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 student support.
- Assist with classroom instruction and activities.
- Implement behavior support and instructional plans.
- Support students during school activities.
- Monitor student progress and communicate with teachers.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and assist students with physical needs as required.
- Must meet applicable Arizona paraprofessional requirements.
- Must be FLUENT in American Sign Language (ASL)
