Financial Planning Assistant

Location: Colorado Springs, CO or Denver, CO (In-Office, Monday–Friday)

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 + bonus opportunities + full benefits

We're hiring a Para-Planner on behalf of our client—a growing wealth management firm.

This firm is built on a client-first approach to comprehensive financial planning, and they're looking for someone who loves the analytical side of planning as much as the people side. What you bring:

- 1+ year of financial planning experience (required)

- 1+ year working in financial planning software (required)

- CFP® or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire

- Series 6, 65, or 66 (a plus, not required)

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (preferred)

- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail xzgxqkn

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
