The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining compassion and professionalism.This role involves significant client communication and requires someone empathetic, dependable, proactive, and capable of handling sensitive situations with confidence and care.ResponsibilitiesAssisting attorneys with estate planning mattersDrafting correspondence and legal documentsCommunicating with trustees, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and advisorsManaging deadlines, calendars, and case progressAssisting with asset collection and transfer coordinationOrganizing and maintaining client files and recordsCoordinating with CPAs and financial professionals, as neededMaintaining regular client updates and follow-up communicationSupporting the overall client experience with compassion and professionalismQualificationsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel (legal/case management software is a plus)Prior experience in estate or legal planningAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsCompensation $18 - $22 hourly to start About Wilson Law PLCWilson Law is a well-established estate planning, elder law, and trust administration law firm serving families throughout Virginia.
