Real Estate investment and management company is hiring a Paralegal to join their Westchester County, NY office.
The ideal candidate is an analytical and diligent professional with:
- A Paralegal Studies degree, preferred
- 5+ years of commercial leasing real estate experience
- Retail leasing experience, strongly preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Draft and abstract various lease agreements
- Perform due diligence for real estate transactions
- Review title and survey for commercial properties
- Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
- Salary: $85K - $100K commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, 401K and more
- Full-time in office
- Must be flexible for overtime as needed
