• 0–5 years of experience in personal injury law
• Alternatively, significant prior experience as a personal injury paralegal or legal secretary will be considered
• Must be Certified as a paralegal in CA
• Comfortable working on-site full-time at the firm’s Torrance office
• Ability to manage a small caseload independently under the supervision of senior attorneys
• Strong communication, drafting, and organizational skills

With a renewed focus on nurturing talent, they are now seeking a Junior attorney / Paralegal who is eager to grow their litigation skills under the guidance of experienced trial lawyers.

Role Overview:

As a Junior Attorney / Paralegal , you will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation-related tasks across a personal injury caseload. You will work directly under 2–3 supervising attorneys , while also maintaining independence over certain files. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate to gain real courtroom and deposition experience in a fast-moving practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft complaints and litigation pleadings
• Handle all phases of discovery
• Draft and argue motions in court
• Take and defend depositions
• Assist with trial preparation
• Communicate with clients and provide regular case updates
• Supervise and guide support staff (as needed)
• Perform other litigation tasks as assigned
