Reporting to senior compliance leadership, this role provides critical day-to-day legal support across corporate, regulatory, and operational matters.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and review standard agreements and legal documentationSupport contract lifecycle management, including tracking signatures, renewals, and expiration datesAssist with regulatory inquiries, consumer agency matters, and litigation supportMaintain and organize legal and compliance files and recordsManage department calendars, including compliance deadlines and recurring obligationsProcess legal invoices and support billing coordinationRespond to internal inquiries and provide general legal support to business teamsConduct research projects to support legal and compliance initiativesAssist with drafting and updating company policies and procedures
