Our client, a dynamic and growing boutique Law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their team. This is a fully remote role and an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting impactful legal work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of personal injury and sexual abuse cases from inception through resolution, including litigation support.
- Conduct legal research, organize case data, and track lawsuits.
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests, and trial exhibits.
- Maintain positive client relationships, schedule meetings, and keep clients informed on case progress.
- Coordinate with attorneys, witnesses, and experts for depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, assembling trial binders and organizing evidence.
- Manage and prioritize a moderate caseload in a collaborative team environment.

- Sexual abuse experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
