Seasoned Family Law Paralegal NeededThis Florida family law office is growing and needs a seasoned family law paralegal who can hit the ground running. This role requires a professional who is calm under pressure and passionate about the work they do. This firm does not bill by the hour.

We're not looking for someone who keeps a file busy; we're looking for someone who closes it out. If you take ownership of your work and support leaders with case management, legal research, document drafting, and client support, we want to hear from you!What our client needs: As the office Paralegal, you will be responsible for the following:Own client documents and communication, including client intakes and weekly status updatesSupport case progression and move matters through workflow stagesOwn the case calendar, including scheduling mediations and depositions, deadline tracking, and hearing date requestsPrepare hearing and trial materialsCoordinate with lead attorney and senior paralegalEssential Skills and Abilities:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Florida family law paralegal, 10 years preferred.Experience in a fully paperless office environmentAbility to claim ownership and close loops on operationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written communication skillsSoftware Requirements:Clio SoftwareLawMaticsLawPayDocuSignDropboxMicrosoft 365 and TeamsLexis+AI ToolsCompensation Details:Salary commensurate with experience26 PTO/Holiday Days401 (k) with 5% matchHealth Benefits in progressPerksThe role requires at least 5 years of Florida Family Law Paralegal experience; 10 years preferred.LOCATION SPECIFICS. This is a Remote position.
