Real Estate / Project Finance Paralegal | Renewable Energy
A rapidly growing renewable energy company is seeking a Real Estate / Project Finance Paralegal to support a portfolio of solar and energy storage projects nationwide. Working directly with the General Counsel, you'll play a critical role in managing complex real estate and financing transactions from due diligence through closing.
Location: New York, NY
Preference for a hybrid schedule work onsite Tues-Wed-Thurs.
Remote option will be considered.
Pay: $45-$55/hour
Contract | 2+ Month Engagement
What You'll Be Doing:
Reviewing title commitments, surveys, and lien searches
Managing transaction and closing checklists across multiple projects
Coordinating diligence requests, data rooms, and funding deliverables
Supporting construction loans, project financings, and secured transactions
Preparing UCC filings and tracking post-closing requirements
Drafting and managing leases, easements, licenses, and SNDAs
Maintaining LLCs, corporate records, and entity governance documents
Collaborating with lenders, investors, developers, and outside counsel
