This individual will work closely with attorneys and business leaders on a variety of corporate matters, supporting governance, entity management, corporate transactions, and legal operations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of paralegal experience
- Experience supporting corporate legal matters
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Paralegal certification preferred

- Corporate governance and entity management
- Board and committee support
- Corporate transactions and due diligence
- SEC filings or securities-related matters
- Public company experience
