Base Salary $80,000–$88,000 base + billable hours bonus

What you’ll do
- Manage an active caseload and track deadlines and case status.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents.
- Assist with document review, productions, and privilege logs.
- Prepare deposition exhibits, summarize transcripts, and support trial preparation.
- Monitor Arizona court dockets and handle e-filing.
What we’re looking for
- 2-3+ years of paralegal experience with substantial litigation work
- Experience with Arizona law, court procedures, and e-filing
- Strong writing, organization, and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a busy practice
