Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing legal team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and has experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting attorneys, advocating for clients, and ensuring cases progress efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys regarding case status and documentation needs.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, accident reports, and other supporting case documentation.
• Prepare demand packages, settlement documentation, correspondence, and legal forms.
• Track medical treatment, liens, deadlines, and case milestones to ensure timely progression of all matters.
• Assist with claim investigations, liability analysis, and settlement negotiations while maintaining accurate case files in the firm's case management system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably in pre-litigation.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury claims, insurance processes, and medical record review.
• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
