Find out how a career as a Paralegal can change yours.A Paralegal partners closely with the lead departmental paralegal, in-house counsel, and external counsel to support and drive litigation matters through to resolution, while also providing comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Department. Success in this role requires strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of management.

Compile and organize documents and information responsive to discovery requestsManage service of process and response calendaring for Michels family of companiesAssist with day-to-day management of litigation matters and maintaining internal claims databasesPerform research on, implement, and maintain legal department policies and proceduresProvide administrative support to department: schedule meetings, process mail, assist with correspondence, make copies, maintain standard department materials, and manage distributionAssist department personnel in the preparation, editing, and transmittal of documents, correspondence, and presentationsQualifications:3+ years of experience, or an equivalent combinationIntermediate knowledge of lawExperience with Microsoft Office suite and DocuSignABA-approved paralegal certificate (desired)AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability
