Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and communicating effectively with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
- Review and follow up on medical records, medical bills, and itemized statements .
- Assist attorneys and paralegals with gathering, reviewing, and organizing case evidence.
- Maintain accurate and complete case files.
- Help prepare files for demands, settlement, and litigation .
- Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding case-related documents and information.
- Support attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day case management activities.
- Manage multiple cases and priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous personal injury paralegal or legal support experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client-service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications .
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
