You will THRIVE in this role if you have:3+ years of Business Immigration paralegal experience requiredA Bachelor's Degree in a field emphasizing writing or communicationExperience in business and family-based immigration (preferred not required)Superior writing/editing skills for complex support letters and strong written and oral communication skillsExperience with MS Office and expertise with computer assisted legal resourcesThe ability to manage multiple high-volume priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional, cooperative, positive and flexible attitudeThe Immigration Paralegal is responsible for preparing a wide variety of business-based nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, E, and O-1) and immigrant (employment and family-based) petitions, including forms preparation, and supporting documentation.
Do you have the DRIVE and DESIRE to:Manage high-volume corporate client accounts and work closely with clients to provide comprehensive immigration servicesCompile and maintain records of immigration filings, other documentation, and records of activity on behalf of clientsReview immigration regulations and be able to apply them to various case scenariosPerform research using all available immigration research tools including government agencies' websitesWrite detailed and complex supporting argumentationEnter case information into case management systemHarris Beach Murtha recognizes everyone has a right to be included.
