Extension is hiring a Paralegal on behalf of our client for an exciting direct-hire opportunity in downtown Milwaukee!
📍 Location: Downtown Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)
💰 Salary: $70,000–$83,000
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
🚗 Parking: Employer-paid downtown parking!
What You'll Do:
- Manage personal injury cases throughout the litigation process.
- Draft pleadings, discovery documents, and other legal filings.
- Coordinate depositions, court deadlines, and trial preparation.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other parties to keep cases moving forward.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of litigation/paralegal experience preferred.
- Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with pleadings, discovery, electronic filing, and case management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
