Location: This is an in-office role at our Bayshore office, 500 W. Hildebrand Law Firm is a boutique estate planning and elder law firm that has served families across Southeast Wisconsin since 2001. Our attorneys work closely with staff, and paralegals do real legal work.
We're looking for an estate planning paralegal with 2–4 years of experience who wants to keep building their skills. You'll work directly with an estate planning attorney to: Draft estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives Coordinate the firm's estate planning workshops, including scheduling, logistics and attendee follow-up Support the attorney's litigation matters, mainly client communication, court filings and tracking deadlines Assist with trust funding, document signings and other matters as needed
2–4 years of paralegal experience, ideally in estate planning, trusts or probate
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
Comfort speaking with clients and families by phone and in person
Mentorship from experienced estate planning attorneys and direct work on client matters
Support for paralegals who decide to pursue law school, including a tuition reimbursement plan
