Employment Law Litigation ParalegalLocation: El Paso, TX Pay: Competitive – Based on ExperienceWe are seeking an experienced Employment Law Litigation Paralegal to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to independently manage employment litigation cases from pre-suit through trial. If you have extensive experience with EEOC matters, litigation support, and trial preparation, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Manage plaintiff employment law cases from intake through trial.Prepare, file, and monitor EEOC charges, position statements, and related administrative filings.Track EEOC deadlines, Right-to-Sue Notices, and filing requirements.Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, court conferences, client meetings, and expert depositions.Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, notices, proposed orders, complaints, answers, and amended pleadings.Prepare and respond to discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission, and subpoenas.Organize and maintain litigation files and discovery databases.Review and summarize employment records, personnel files, payroll records, medical records, performance evaluations, and deposition transcripts.Assist attorneys with case strategy, mediation, settlement preparation, and trial preparation.Prepare exhibit notebooks, witness files, and trial binders.Maintain litigation calendars and ensure all court and discovery deadlines are met.Electronically file documents in state and federal courts.Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, court personnel, and administrative agencies.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of employment law litigation experience.Extensive experience handling EEOC charges and administrative proceedings.Strong knowledge of federal employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, and FLSA.Experience drafting litigation documents with minimal supervision.Knowledge of state and federal court rules and electronic filing procedures.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and case management software.Preferred Qualifications:Plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.Trial preparation experience.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Experience with electronic filing in both state and federal courts.
