If you are a motivated professional looking for a long-term fit where you can grow in a role, and will be valued and empowered, then we invite you to apply to our Paralegal position in our Dallas Office.This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement following 90-days of employment.The PositionThis position will support an attorney with transportation related cases on a permanent basis at a national law firm.Key Responsibilities:Contact outside sources to retrieve information and review and analyze sameSearch and retrieve information from court-related databases as well as other online sources for case informationPrepare written discovery requests and objectionsReview, analyze and organize document productions by opposing parties and co-defendants in large multi-party casesSummarize transcripts and organize key documentsPrepare and organize materials needed for expert witness reviewManage documents and maintain organized case filesQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred, not required; Paralegal Certificate preferred4+ years of litigation paralegal experience, including trial preparation and attendanceInsurance defense and/or construction defect experience is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to integrate into a team-oriented environment with ownership in your own docket of casesExperience with drafting subpoenas and creating logs for records received.Why Should You Apply?Benefits: Outstanding benefits package, including 401k match and generous PTO planCareer Growth: Ample opportunities for professional development and advancementEmployee Perks: Access to corporate discount plans and other benefits
