Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Our client, a leading medical device company, is seeking an interim Commercial Contracts Paralegal to support its commercial sales organization and Legal team. This role focuses on commercial contracting in the U.S. and Canada. This role is remote, full-time (40 hours/week), long-term and starts immediately. Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys and commercial contracting team with day-to-day legal requests related to customer agreements.
• Draft, review, and redline contracts and documents, including commercial sales agreements; SaaS/software agreements; GPO/IDN agreements; and rebate agreements, and related program documentation.
• Prepare redline responses and revise contracts using playbooks and attorney guidance.
• Help create and update contract playbooks, clause libraries, templates, and source document files.
• Coordinate contract intake, review, routing, and approval processes to ensure timely turnaround.
• Support implementation and use of a contract management system.
• Gather, organize, and index documents; maintain files and matter organization for all projects.
• Review and summarize documents submitted to the Legal department.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other materials as needed.
• Serve as a liaison with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, and other teams.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and follow-through on all assignments.
• Contribute to other legal and commercial contracting initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Availability to start immediately and work 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday only during East Coast business hours
• Paralegal degree or Paralegal Certificate required
• At least 2 years of hands-on paralegal experience (as reflected on candidate's resume) with commercial sales agreements, SaaS/software agreements, GPO/IDN contracts, and rebate programs and related language.
• Experience with medical device or healthcare contracting strongly preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-volume, sales cycle driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business technology.
• Start Date: IMMEDIATE/As early as Nov. 11
• Anticipated Duration: Through October 2026
• Hours: Full-time, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, U.S. Eastern Time Zone business hours
• Work Location: Fully remote
