This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step away from high-volume file management and work more closely on sophisticated, serious injury and catastrophic injury matters in a collaborative, professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation

• Assist attorneys with case strategy, medical record review, demand preparation, discovery, and trial preparation

• Communicate with clients, providers, experts, opposing counsel, and adjusters

• Maintain case organization and move files proactively with a high level of autonomy

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of personal injury and/or insurance defense experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage files with minimal oversight

• Detail-oriented professional who thrives in a boutique, team-focused environment
