Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and assist with cases in litigation
- Draft and file complaints and litigation documents
- Handle all aspects of discovery
- Maintain litigation calendars and scheduling
- Assist with motions, arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation
- Prepare medical summaries and trial notebooks
- Communicate professionally with clients and legal teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Significant NC and/or SC plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters
- Strong judgment, initiative, and time management
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
