Responsibilities:
- Manage client intake and maintain communication throughout the case
- Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
- Draft demand letters and legal correspondence
- Monitor treatment progress and follow up with clients and providers
- Assist attorneys with file organization and case preparation
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
- Handle lien resolution and settlement disbursements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law (required)
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a major plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in legal case management software
- Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information
- Team player with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
