Paralegal: AI-Driven Contracts & University Governance

Midwestern University seeks a full-time Paralegal to work under the direction of the Sr. Paralegal in the Office of the General Counsel.

The role negotiates complex agreements and supports governance of legal processes, including AI-enabled contract management tools, in a fast-paced environment. The Paralegal will manage contract lifecycles, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and provide training on agreement processing to faculty and staff, while supporting litigation, risk
