Paraeducator - Special Education 25 hrs. - Westlake Elementary - 2 Positions Available

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Site Administrator:
• Assist a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction to individuals or small groups of students with special needs assigned to a Special Day Class (SDC)
• Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Assist in the presentation and preparation of learning materials, lesson plans and instructional exercises
• Perform routine clerical and supportive tasks for instructional personnel.

• NCLB Compliance (Transcripts, degree document or exam scores)
