Description: Paraeducator - English Language Learner (ELL)
Job Summary:

• Provide support to ELL students under the guidance of the ELL teacher.
• Support English language learner students needing academic assistance and support with general education curriculum.
• Help students with English concepts and skills, especially in their acquisition to function meaningfully in mainstream classes.

Qualifications:

• Be a motivated, self-starter with the ability to handle situations with a calm demeanor.
• Work under the direction of ELL Teacher(s) and collaborater with General Educiaton Staff
• Ability to adjust and modify curriculum relative to student language and educational needs.
• Flexibility and a cooperative nature are required.

Bargaining Group and Level: Paraeducators/Classroom Para
COMPENSATION
Hourly Wage: $18.94-$20.02
Pay Differential: $1.95/hour
INSURANCE

• Single Health: 90% Covered by District
