Job Description
PARAEDUCATORS Advance Services, Inc. is looking for dependable and caring individuals to work as Paraeducators within the school systems to start August 2026. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference by supporting students and teachers in an educational setting. There are part-time and full time opportunities available. Wage: $15.25-$19.00 DOE Shift: Day shift- 8:00am-4:00pm, part time and full time opportunities available
Job Duties
- Assist teachers in classroom instruction for individuals or small groups
- Support students with special needs, including behavior guidance and personalized instruction
- Help students with personal care needs (e.g. toileting, feeding, or mobility) when necessary
- Supervise students in common areas such as lunchrooms, recess, and bus loading/unloading
- Assist in preparing materials, organizing classroom spaces, and tracking student progress
- Follow and help implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as directed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all student interactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the teacher or school administration
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
