Para Educator Position
The Region No. Four Supervision District has a Para Educator position available at Chester Elementary School. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to collaborate in multiple educational settings, to work with students with academic and behavioral needs, be flexible, maintain confidentiality, and show passion and enthusiasm for their assignment. Experience working with a wide range of related service providers and support staff to meet the needs of diverse learners preferred. Experience in DTI, behavior management, math, and inclusion preferred. 33.75 hours a week. Requirements include earning a secondary school diploma, or its equivalent. Must have completed 2 years of study at an institution of higher education, or earned an Associate's Degree (or higher), or achieved at least a score of 457 on the ETS ParaPro Assessment.
